The location was perfect and amazing fine in child friendly beer garden. Moreover, it's just next door to the sandy beach, the sea front in about 10 minutes, and Ramsgate where there is lots to see and do, particularly down the harbour area. I booked lovely sized room with a good sized bathroom.
The staff were totally unhelpful, didn't expect that coming.

The staff was immensely pleasant and outstandingly accommodating, the accommodation was fantastic and fairly clean. The breakfast was excellent with veggie option and cereal, for example, and the restaurant was good. The location was excellent, relatively close to Westbrook Bay.

Tidy and the staff was really friendly and affable. This location was magnificent, really close to bus stop, Ramsgate where there is lots to see and do, particularly down the harbour area, and centre. I found Pauls bar and bistro offering shots and different drinks 2 km of the venue.
